Dispatch Shortcut does not read, collect, transmit or store the content of the pages you visit. It stores the settings you create, and a small amount of data needed to check that your licence is valid.

What is stored in your browser

The following stays on your computer, in the extension's own storage, and is never sent anywhere:

• The enquiry messages you write
• The keyboard keys or mouse buttons you assign
• Which on-page elements you taught the extension to use
• A count of messages sent, used for the free trial
• Your licence key and the signed permission received from our server

Uninstalling the extension removes all of it.

What our licence server stores

When you activate a licence, the extension contacts our server. It stores:

• Your licence key
• A random device identifier generated by the extension. This is a random number. It is not derived from your hardware, your browser or anything about you, and it cannot identify you or your computer outside our system. It exists so one licence works on one browser.
• The e-mail address you used to purchase, received from our payment provider, so that we can support you and match a subscription to a licence
• Subscription status and expiry date

The server never receives page content, addresses of pages you visit, your messages, or any data from the platforms you use the extension on.

What is never collected

• Browsing history or the addresses of pages you open
• Content of freight offers, chats, e-mails or any other page data
• Names, phone numbers or details of the people you contact
• Analytics, tracking, advertising identifiers or behavioural profiling

No data is sold, rented or shared for advertising. Ever.

Payments

Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. Card details are entered on their systems and never reach us. Their privacy policy applies to that part of the transaction: lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.

How long data is kept

Licence records are kept while your subscription is active and for up to 12 months afterwards, so that a returning customer can be helped and so that we meet accounting obligations. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

Where data is processed

The licence server runs on Cloudflare Workers. Data may be processed on Cloudflare infrastructure inside and outside the European Union under their standard data protection terms.

Your rights

If you are in the European Union, the GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to its processing. Write to the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

Permissions the extension requests

• storage — to keep your messages, shortcuts and licence in your browser
• Access to the freight platform pages — so the extension can press the Contact button and type your message on the page you are working on
• Access to our licence server — to check that your licence is valid

The extension requests no other access and runs on no other websites.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date above changes and the new version appears at this address before the change takes effect.
